We are a family-run business with deep roots in the travel industry. Since the early 1990s, we’ve proudly worked with some of the most respected, high-standard travel agencies across the Middle East and Europe. In 2007, driven by passion and years of experience, we decided it was time to create something of our own, and so Egypt Quality Tours was born.
From the very beginning, Egypt Quality Tours stood for excellence. We specialised in tailor-made journeys to Egypt, Jordan, and the Holy Land, with every itinerary personally monitored to ensure our guests received the highest level of service. Our clients’ satisfaction was always our top priority, and we’re proud to say we consistently received 100% excellent reviews, a testament to our hands-on approach and heartfelt commitment.
Our business grew quickly, built on trust, quality, and personal connection. However, in 2014, following the political unrest of the Arab Spring, we made the difficult decision to pause operations. Out of care and responsibility for our clients’ safety, we returned to the UK and continued working within international travel companies, gaining even more experience and insight along the way.
Now, in 2025, we are thrilled to relaunch our vision under a new name: Anteros Travel, inspired by the Greek god of requited love, symbolising our genuine dedication to each client. Anteros Travel represents a new chapter, enriched with greater experience but built upon the same values that made Egypt Quality Tours a success: meticulous attention to detail, ethical travel practices, and a belief that every client is truly special.

Loose-fitting, breathable clothing and high-SPF sunscreen are essential year-round. We recommend traveling with a backpack and a daypack instead of bulky suitcases, especially for itineraries involving train journeys—pack layers to accommodate warm days and cooler nights, particularly in the winter months. Modest clothing is advised for visits to mosques, temples, churches, and synagogues visits. A scarf or shawl helps cover your head or shoulders when required.
