Ahlan wa sahlan – welcome to Jordan! Your adventure begins in the historic capital of Amman, a city where ancient ruins and modern life intertwine effortlessly. After checking into your hotel, the day is yours to explore. Wander Rainbow Street, buzzing with cafes and hookah lounges, and snack on mouthwatering falafel and fresh juices. History lovers can head to the Roman Amphitheatre, the Temple of Hercules, or explore the National Gallery of Fine Arts.
At 6 pm, meet your tour leader and fellow travelers for a welcome briefing. Afterwards, consider joining the group for an optional dinner at a local restaurant or discover one of Amman’s hidden speakeasies for drinks and shisha.

Begin the day with a guided walking tour of Amman’s historical core. Visit the hilltop Citadel with sweeping city views, then stroll past ancient ruins including the Roman Theatre, the Nymphaeum, and the Ottoman-era Al Husseiny Mosque. You’ll also experience the hustle and bustle of local souqs, perhaps sampling roasted nuts or fragrant spices.
In the afternoon, travel south into the heart of the desert. As you reach Wadi Rum, the land opens up into endless crimson dunes and dramatic sandstone formations. Greeted by your warm Bedouin hosts, settle into your desert camp with a glass of mint tea. Dine under the stars on traditional Jordanian fare, and fall asleep in your cozy tent or under the open sky.

Rise early to watch the sun pour golden light over the rugged peaks of Wadi Rum. After breakfast, embark on a thrilling 4WD safari through this lunar-like landscape. Pass Lawrence Spring, named after the famed T.E. Lawrence, and visit Lawrence’s House. Scale sand dunes, admire towering rock bridges, and witness the same vistas featured in films like The Martian and Dune.
Enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by the Bedouins, then spend the afternoon hiking with your guide to secluded corners of the desert. As night falls, return to camp for your second evening of warm hospitality, mint tea, and storytelling by firelight.

Say goodbye to the desert and head to Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Your journey winds through the Jordanian highlands to reach this ancient city once hidden in the mountains. On arrival, join your guide for a walking tour through Petra’s narrow gorge, the Siq, until the awe-inspiring Treasury reveals itself—carved into rose-pink rock like a vision from another world.
Explore further to discover royal tombs, temples, colonnaded streets, and an enormous amphitheater. After a full day of exploration, consider relaxing with a drink at the famous Cave Bar—believed to be over 2,000 years old.

Today, travel the scenic King’s Highway toward Madaba, stopping for a once-in-a-lifetime experience—floating in the salty, mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea, Earth’s lowest point. Cover yourself in the famous black mud and feel your skin rejuvenated. Afterwards, stop at Mount Nebo, the site where Moses is believed to have glimpsed the Promised Land.
Arrive in Madaba, a charming town famous for its ancient mosaics. Your guide will lead a short orientation walk before you visit St. George’s Church, home to the oldest surviving map of the Holy Land—a masterpiece in mosaic tiles.
